I join in a swap over at Sooz it was to "Make Something Useful "and earth friendly which suits me down to a tea. Now that most people have there packages I can show you what I made.
Reusable Snack Bags and Sandwich Wraps. They were all made using thrifted vintage napkins and materials. I have a Easy Peasy Tutorial for the snack bags.
This is the inside of the wrap I just cut up a big zip lock bag that was food safe and sewed it to the inside of the napkin, then added velcro at certain spots.
I think they turned out a treat!
Tilly Turned two last week and we had a Tea Party on Sunday with family and friends it was great. But now im stuffed. Be back with the tutorial soon.
Hugs Leah x

Love these Leah - I had been struggling with what to use for the inner lining - vinyl and plastics not really being foodsafe - of course - a Glad bag!!
Can't wait for the tute.
Two - are you sure!! Hope you all had a great day.

Hi Leah, I just want to say thanks for my coasters. I don't think I mentioned them at SiT. I use them on my coffee table which is also my dining table most of the time. I have just washed them as I noticed a few marks (red wine, old bits of rice - the usual). They came up looking lovely and I didn't need to iron them - perfect!! I love the lunch wraps, much greener than glad wrap!
