It was lovely to meet you Leah - I hope you had as much fun on the weekend as me.......can't wait to practise some more free motion machining......just need a bit of sleep first!

Mistea

Looks like you all had a fun time and certainly got lots of sewing practice in. Beautiful projects as always - Love everybodies different colourways.

It was a brilliant weekend, wasn't it Leah! I am so flattered that you liked my practice piece! I love yours! Off to buy a cushion insert for mine tomorrow, and then to research how to upgrade my sewing machine. But first - I need some serious sleep!

Cindy

Oh so jealous, I don't think that I can even speak to you any more! Though seriously - love what you have achieved, can't wait to see what more you come up with

Kellie

Good on you Leah for making a weekend away for you possible. It looks like you had a wonderful time. Your tree and all the trees are amazing. I hope you have your next weekend away planned!

Pay it Forward

  • You are The Moon

    Hope, expectation, Bright promises.

The Moon is a card of magic and mystery - when prominent you know that nothing is as it seems, particularly when it concerns relationships. All logic is thrown out the window.

The Moon is all about visions and illusions, madness, genius and poetry. This is a card that has to do with sleep, and so with both dreams and nightmares. It is a scary card in that it warns that there might be hidden enemies, tricks and falsehoods. But it should also be remembered that this is a card of great creativity, of powerful magic, primal feelings and intuition. You may be going through a time of emotional and mental trial; if you have any past mental problems, you must be vigilant in taking your medication but avoid drugs or alcohol, as abuse of either will cause them irreparable damage. This time however, can also result in great creativity, psychic powers, visions and insight. You can and should trust your intuition.
